What you bring:

• 2+ years experience as a GM, Operations Supervisor, or similar leadership role
• Proven success overseeing people, inventory, sales, and service in a retail, logistics, or operations-heavy environment
• Ready to relocate and contribute meaningfully to a tight-knit community
• A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to daily execution and problem-solving

What we provide:

• $48,000–$58,000+ starting salary + bonus up to 30%
