This is more than a technical role—it's a strategic opportunity to influence how technology shapes the future of work. As a Principal Solutions Lead, you’ll partner with senior leaders, product managers, and engineering teams to define and implement modern architecture for ServiceNow HRSD and digital employee experience. You’ll lead by example, mentor future architects, and champion best practices that drive agility, resilience, and excellence across the enterprise
In this role you will:
Architect the Future: Define and evolve the application architecture roadmap for HR technology, aligning with business goals and emerging trends.- Lead with Vision: Provide technical leadership and governance across development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and operational excellence.
- Design for Impact: Create scalable, cloud-native solutions—primarily on ServiceNow HRSD—that enhance performance, security, and user experience.
- Collaborate & Influence: Engage with stakeholders to translate business needs into secure, compliant, and innovative technical solutions.
- Mentor & Inspire: Guide and develop architects and engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture and technology strategy, with a strong focus on enterprise platforms.
- Proven expertise in ServiceNow, especially HRSD, Lifecycle Events, and CMDB integration.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, event-driven design, and RESTful APIs.
- Strong background in data architecture, data modeling, and secure integration patterns.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and fluency in modern programming concepts, with hands-on experience in programming such as Java and Python.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across technical and business teams.
- A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
