We are urgently seeking a part-time Sales Operations Support Specialist to join the Innovatia Technical Services team. This role will require approximately 10 hours per week and is ideal for someone with strong Excel skills and experience supporting sales operations functions. Responsibilities
- Handle renewals and bulk orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Manage inventory tracking and reporting
- Support the Quote-to-Cash process
- Collaborate closely with the Finance team to ensure smooth order processing and billing alignment
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including comfort working with large datasets
- Experience in sales operations, order management, or renewals
- Understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks within limited weekly hours
- Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
