As a Senior Cinematic Artist, you will be an essential part of our Creative Services team, where you will bridge the worlds of cinematic storytelling and high-quality gameplay capture. With deep expertise in Unreal Engine, camera work, and visual storytelling, you will create emotionally impactful trailers and visually stunning in-game cinematics that drive marketing campaigns and elevate our game portfolio. You'll collaborate with video directors, editors, and marketing artists teams to translate gameplay into unforgettable visual experiences. Your role will be pivotal in setting quality standards, and handling complex, real-time projects in Unreal Engine 5 and in-game as well.

In this role you will :

  • Capture outstanding gameplay moments using in-game cameras and positioning characters in varied and engaging scenarios across our game portfolio.
  • Design, storyboard, and produce cinematic trailers and gameplay videos using Unreal Engine 5 and or a build.
  • Set up in-game camera sequences, choreograph scenes, and light environments for maximum visual impact.
  • Use Sequencer to direct camera cuts, character performance, and visual pacing.
  • Collaborate with sound, animation, and narrative teams to enhance storytelling through audiovisual cohesion.
  • Manage game builds and prepare assets for high-quality capture and real-time rendering.
  • Organize and lead capture sessions, ensuring efficiency and creative excellence.
  • Apply post-processing, export footage for editorial use, and oversee the preselection of video clips.
  • Mentor junior team members, contribute to pipeline improvements, and drive innovation in real-time cinematic tools and techniques.

What we're looking for :

  • 5–7+ years of experience in cinematic production, gameplay capture, or real-time video creation—preferably in a game studio or creative agency.
  • Proven expertise in Unreal Engine (UE5), including Sequencer, lighting, camera systems, and real-time rendering workflows.
  • Strong understanding of cinematography principles, storytelling, shot composition, and pacing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Media Encoder, and familiarity with 3D tools such as Maya or Blender.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of video capture tools, file formats, compression, and exporting workflows.
  • Highly collaborative mindset, with a strong ability to work across disciplines and communicate visual intent.
  • Experience with motion capture, VFX integration, and gameplay scripting is a strong asset.
  • Bilingual in French and English is preferred.
  • Submission of a portfolio is required for all applicants.
