Available work locations:
- Longueuil
- Carry out the practical activities necessary for the completion of projects, including inspection, maintenance, repair, sampling, testing, installation and handling of equipment.
- Prepare site activities: equipment, calibration, loading, etc.
- Develop and develop boreholes for observation wells.
- Carry out sampling of soils, sediments, as well as surface and groundwater (boreholes, wells, trenches).
- Carry out permeability tests and field measurements.
- Measure physical, chemical and climatic parameters in the field, as well as as well as raising water levels.
- Install and uninstall equipment on construction sites.
- Supervise and carry out field work.
- Locate sampling stations.
- Manage samples and write site reports.
- Ensure maintenance of equipment and vehicles after each construction site.
- Perform other related tasks as required by the construction site.
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in spoken and written French.
- Fluency in spoken and written English, an asset.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- ASP-Construction certification, confined space entry, an asset.
- Autonomy, dynamism, punctuality, flexibility, diplomacy.
- Ability to integrate well into a team and contribute to its development.
- Good learning and adaptability skills.
- Ability to obtain a reliability and security rating.
- College diploma (DEC) in characterization and rehabilitation, civil engineering technology, environment, natural environment or a related field.
