- Administer the EtQ document control system, support training and troubleshooting
- Maintain IATF-compliant internal audit systems and oversee Layered Audits
- Develop, lead, and report results of internal audits to management
- Maintain archived data and documentation per customer and IATF requirements
- Collect, analyze, and report customer scorecard and supplier scorecard data
- Administer Engineering Change Control (Mod Note) system
- Maintain and track documentation revisions using EtQ and other platforms
- Participate in APQP and Continuous Improvement teams
- Ensure adherence to Quality Management System and Environmental, Health & Safety Systems
- Contribute to continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives
- Perform data input and support additional tasks as assigned
- University degree or College diploma in a relevant field
- 5–7 years of experience in Automotive Quality Systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience developing spreadsheets and databases for analysis
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- High integrity and sense of urgency
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience with EtQ document control systems
- Previous leadership in IATF/ISO/Environmental audits
- Strong collaboration skills across multiple organizational levels
- Understanding of manufacturing environments and process flows
