Job Description
Job Summary
This position is responsible for managing packages that are brought back to the center by drivers at the end of the day. Address corrections, re-packs, damages, overgoods, ERN's etc. This position will use internal reporting systems to complete tasks, utilize the phone and UPS programs to correspond with customers in responding to customer service cases or to obtain delivery information. This position also performs other tasks as assigned.
Job Type: Part Time | Temporary (1 year)
Workdays: Monday to Friday (must be able to work ALL 5 days of the week)
Shift Hours: 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM (must be able to work a minimum of 25 hrs. per week).
Shift Duration: 5 hours a day (requires flexibility with start and Finish time)
Work Location: 1579 CHAMPLAIN STREET DIEPPE, NB E1A 7P5 Canada
Compensation: $17.75/hr.

Responsibilities
- Delivers outstanding customer service to online customers and telephone inquiries.
- Takes ownership of customer's shipments and offers viable solutions when delivery issues arise.
- Takes action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends.
- Operates all equipment, software, and devices and trains others.
- Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- High school diploma, GED, or International equivalent.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.
- Flexibility to cover another position or shift if the operation requires it.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. English proficiency.
- Ability to lift 50+ Lbs.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Exposed to hot/cold temperatures when working outdoors and warehouse facilities.
- Wear a company-provided uniform and adhere to the company’s Appearance Guidelines
