As a Reliability Specialist, you will ensure the reliability, efficiency, and safety of our clients’ operations by applying engineering principles and analytical techniques. You will conduct reliability assessments, develop maintenance strategies, and implement initiatives to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.

As a Reliability Specialist, you will ensure the reliability, efficiency, and safety of our clients’ operations by applying engineering principles and analytical techniques. You will conduct reliability assessments, develop maintenance strategies, and implement initiatives to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
What You Bring To The Table
- Share your expertise to improve client productivity through industrial maintenance programs.
- Identify root causes of complex reliability issues through analysis.
- Manage reliability improvement program implementation projects.
- Develop industrial equipment hierarchies.
- Work on projects to establish best lubrication practices.
- Educate maintenance staff on reliability through training.
- Support senior consultants in reliability project management.
- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or a related DEC.
- Communication skills, written and verbal, in French.
- Written and verbal communication skills in English would be considered an asset.
- Familiarity with methodologies/tools like criticality analysis, FMEA, PMO, RCM, MRO, ODR, RCA, CMMS.
- CMRP certification or equivalent is an asset.
