EY Technology Consulting is a fast-moving and high-growth area within EY. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager - SAP Plant Maintenance/EAM to join our Enterprise Applications team. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to realize your leadership potential. We are looking for an individual who combines experience leading SAP projects with an aptitude for driving sales pursuits and for helping grow our business.
Your Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Manager - SAP EAM/ Plant Maintenance you will identify opportunities with both new and existing clients, where EY can bring value to bear through the adoption of these solutions. These are shared with all EY market facing organizations to provide consistency and common platforms with which to go to market. A willingness to travel to meet client needs is required.
Project Management: Participated in large scale SAP client engagements. Consistently deliver quality client services, driving high-quality work products within the expected timeframes and on budget. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Manage expectations of client service delivery. Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business. Should be a self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should be comfortable interfacing with a client on a daily basis. This role requires daily interaction with the client at many levels.

The salary range for this job in British Columbia is $120,500 to $216,000. Individual salaries within this range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and work location city.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Functional proficiency with at least 5+ full lifecycle SAP implementations and 8 to 12+years of relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large consulting firm, boutique consulting firm, or as an internal consultant within industry.
- At least 8+ years of SAP experience implementing SAP EAM /Plant Maintenance (PM), understand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and configure the system accordingly.
- Responsible for planning and executing SAP Implementation / Development / Optimization regarding SAP – EAM/Plant Maintenance and comfortable with leading functional teams within his/her area of expertise.
- Detailed knowledge of the SAP EAM/Plant maintenance master data, maintenance notifications, maintenance orders and preventive maintenance, maintenance scheduling, refurbishment process.
- Ability to configure SAP EAM/PM and deliver work products/packages conforming to the client's standards & requirements.
- Strong SAP EAM and PM knowledge and experience as well as integrations with other modules - Finance, Supply Chain, EHS, WCM.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA Asset Management and SAP Intelligent Asset Management - SAP AIN, SAP ASPM, SAP PAI.
- Knowledge of SAP Field Service Management functionality in S/4 HANA nice to have.
- Experienced in creating proposals and RFP responses for clients.
- Effectively manage diverse skills and backgrounds and foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise domain knowledge with technology skills.
- Demonstrate characteristics of a forward thinker and self-starter that thrives on new challenges and adapts quickly to learning new knowledge.
- Ability to lead a team of consulting and client professionals on multiple projects.
- Being a leader in our EY SAP practice mentoring our team members through career coaching
- A strong work ethics.
- Prior consulting experience and a demonstrated history of driving revenue within existing clients and in developing new prospects at the "C" level of Fortune 500 companies.
