As the Change Management Consultant, you will support various changes and initiatives.

How You Will Create Impact

  • Contributing to the development of change management and readiness strategies by applying a disciplined approach, including maintaining the impact matrix, conducting assessments, identifying gaps, communicating recommendations, and collaborating with stakeholders on transition plans.
  • Participating in workshops and meetings to identify impact risks, anticipate issues and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.
  • Reporting on change and readiness progress, identifying issues and facilitating solutions in conjunction with business partners, including adoption measures related to business outcomes.
  • Facilitating, identifying, and recommending actions and activities to drive faster adoption, greater utilization and higher proficiency on the changes.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to ensure effective integration of the program and collaboration across business areas

To Join Our Team

  • You have 2-4 years of experience in change management and/or other relevant experience.
  • You have a post-secondary degree in Business or a related discipline.
  • You have expert knowledge of effective facilitation and presentation tools and methodologies.
  • Having a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Change Management Institute (CMI) accreditation or Prosci's Change Management certification is an asset.
  • Proficiency in English is essential to the main duties in this role, including servicing and communicating primarily with majority non-francophone clients, groups, teams. Drafting complex English documents and preparing daily reports for anglophone leaders. The essential non-French duties are not assignable to adjacent or other team members.
