Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the SCCM infrastructure for enterprise-wide deployment and patch management.
• Develop, package and deploy software applications using SCCM and Intune (MSI, EXE, scripts, Win32 apps).
• Monitor and troubleshoot client health and compliance across both SCCM and Intune-managed devices.
• Create and maintain custom SCCM reports using SQL Reporting Services.
• Implement and manage task sequences for automated OS deployment (OSD).
• Ensure timely deployment of security updates and patches.
• Integrate SCCM/Intune with other Microsoft tools (e.g., Azure AD, WSUS, Active Directory and Defender for Endpoint).
• Maintain documentation on SCCM policies, procedures, and configurations.
• Collaborate with desktop support, network and security teams.
  
  
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SCCM administration, including software packaging, patching and OS deployment.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager, particularly in application packaging, device configuration, and MDM/MAM policies.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and WSUS.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, VBScript).
• Experience with OS deployment using task sequences.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
• Work cooperatively with others.
• Work independently with little direction.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle required for occasional onsite visits at various locations within BC.
• Strong knowledge of service desk software and ticketing systems
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Intune or Endpoint Manager.
• Knowledge of cloud-based device management and provisioning (Azure AD Join, Autopilot, Conditional Access).
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MD-102, SC-300, AZ-104, etc.)
• Experience with ITIL-based processes
