Sr. End Point Management Engineer - Brampton, ON

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Endpoint Engineer to design, implementation, and support our enterprise endpoint management solutions. In this role, you will play a key part in advancing our enterprise-wide digital workspace transformation, ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient management of devices across the organization.

You will work with cutting-edge technologies such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM), Microsoft Intune, and Workspace ONE, helping to deliver a seamless and secure end-user experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design, architect and implement modern endpoint management solutions using SCCM, Intune, and Workspace ONE.
  • Design co-management strategies for hybrid environments.
  • Lead projects focused on modern device management (MDM/MAM), Windows Autopilot, and zero-touch provisioning.
  • Develop and maintain OS deployment task sequences, application packaging, and patch management and enable automated device provisioning, enrollment and deployment workflows.
  • Provide Tier 3 support for endpoint-related incidents and escalations and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures ensuring compliance with IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

What you Bring:

  • Experience working with Microsoft SCCM/MECM (Current Branch, Task Sequences, Software Updates), Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Security, Autopilot, Compliance Policies) and Workspace ONE (UEM, Access, App Deployment)
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure AD.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation is a must
  • Familiarity with BitLocker, MBAM, Windows LAPS, and modern security frameworks.
  • Experience with Power BI reporting and Dashboard is a bonus
