Urbacon, a leader in B2B construction, is searching for an accomplished Senior Marketing Manager to drive our brand transformation and support our aggressive growth strategy. This high-impact role offers the chance to shape Urbacon’s market presence and lead innovative digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute Urbacon’s digital-first marketing strategy to elevate brand perception and drive qualified leads.
- Manage Urbacon’s website and digital presence, ensuring mobile-first design and compelling content.
- Launch data-driven social media campaigns, increasing engagement and visibility in key markets.
- Support the strengthening industry relationships by enhancing Urbacon’s presence with the architectural, design and commercial real estate communities, as well as at high-profile events.
- Oversee and mentor a growing marketing team, instilling discipline, creativity, and a results-driven mindset.
- While working closely with our CRM systems: create, launch and monitor targeted marketing campaigns.
- Champion the standardized branding, documentation, and proposals across the organization.
- Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of progressively senior marketing experience, preferably in B2B sectors like construction, real estate, or professional services.
- Proven ability to deliver digital-first marketing strategies and high-engagement campaigns.
- Expertise in CRM, MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign and web/social media management.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and project management skills.
- Creative, results-oriented, and eager to drive measurable growth in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Ontario Drivers License
- Quantum increase in digital engagement within 12 months.
- Clear, unified brand messaging across all channels and audiences.
- Substantial pipeline growth and measurable impact on business development targets.
