We’re looking for a dynamic On-Site Coordinator to lead daily operations directly at the client site. This is a highly visible role where you'll be the face of our company, building trust, solving problems, and ensuring a seamless experience for both the client and the workforce.
Shift: Thursday to Monday, 2:00PM to 10:30PM
What's the Job?
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the client and on-site associates to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Act as the main point of contact for all on-site operations, addressing client needs and ensuring workforce engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and client expectations.
- Manage daily absences and attendance reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery to the client.
- Oversee data management processes, ensuring all information is accurately recorded and aligned with reporting standards.
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and maintain data integrity.
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to ensure performance goals are met.
What's Needed?
- Proven experience in on-site management, staffing, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in data management, reporting tools, and Excel.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and process adherence.
