DataStage Technical Lead - L1

• Lead end-to-end design and development of ETL/ELT processes using IBM DataStage (Parallel and Server editions).
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, mapping source-to-target data flows and transformation logic.
• Optimize DataStage jobs for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Develop and maintain reusable components, job templates, and best practices libraries.
• Perform code reviews, enforce version control (Git), and establish CI/CD pipelines for ETL deployments.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues—implement proactive alerting and automated recovery.
• Mentor, coach, and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions for junior and mid-level developers.
• Collaborate with data architects, BI analysts, and application teams to ensure end-to-end data integrity
• Contribute to data governance, data quality frameworks, and documentation standards
