This role is for an experienced Project Manager in our ReNew Division who specializes in renovations and rehabilitations of all sizes and dollar values. You are an experienced Project Manager with 5 to 20 years of project experience, in a general contractor role, looking to join an established company where processes and protocols are in place, and the corporate structure allows nimbleness and adaptability.
The Role
This position is responsible for providing overall direction of assigned project(s) and responsibility for the overall project performance including costs, schedule and quality assurance. You will be responsible for subcontract negotiations, liaison with owners, engineers, and sub-trades, and management of the technical and financial aspects of the contract. As the Project Manager, you will be the front-line CANA contact with the Owner and consultants and will be responsible for promoting and projecting the CANA image of efficiency, quality, and technical competence and fair management of trades and suppliers.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management or Diploma in Architectural Technology. (Equivalencies will be considered)
- 5+ years of experience in the construction industry as a Project Manager with progressive responsibility in the size and scope of projects.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills
