Purpose of the Role::
The Executive Assistant provides first-class executive assistance to a busy and successful Executive Team. In this role the Executive Assistant will work directly with the Chairman, and in collaboration with the Chief of Staff, to support various members of the Executive Team.
This is a hybrid role based in our Vancouver office.
Core Responsibilities:
This position comes with a base salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 plus a competitive performance bonus, RRSP contribution and participation in our profit-sharing program. Base salary will be commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications.

Purpose of the Role::
The Executive Assistant provides first-class executive assistance to a busy and successful Executive Team. In this role the Executive Assistant will work directly with the Chairman, and in collaboration with the Chief of Staff, to support various members of the Executive Team.

Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee Chairman’s inbox, reviewing incoming correspondence, analyzing importance/ urgency and preparing responses on matters that are sometimes complex and/or confidential. Gatekeeping and problem solving as appropriate.
- Proactively manage your Executive’s calendars, including company-related business, and any travel arrangements needed. Anticipating and resolving scheduling needs and roadblocks before they arise.
- Correspond with company leadership, business contacts, prospects and clients, building relationships while providing ‘white glove’ service.
- Project coordination of various initiatives involving your Executives bringing forward and keeping track of time sensitive action items.
- Use Excel skills to track and maintain various projects and reports and expense reconciliation.
- Support Chairman with board administration including scheduling meetings and assisting the preparation of meeting materials.
- Provide professional designation support and maintenance, including tracking of continuing education credits, course registration, and designation renewals.
- Support the Executive Team with other office administration as required.
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience preferably with exposure to the financial planning and investment services industries.
- Completion of bachelor's degree and financial industry related courses are an asset – CIM, CFP, LLQP, etc.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Powerpoint, Word and Excel) and strong understanding of modern tools and technology.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills. The ability to work as part of the wider team, as well as individually under a high degree of independence and minimal supervision.
- Project coordination skills
