Forma Steel manufactures steel roofing, siding, trim, and custom panels in a variety of gauges, colors, and finishes for every structure you can imagine. We manufacture our product in Fort Macleod, Alberta, approximately 25 minutes West of Lethbridge, in an enclosed plant that is open all year. With over 30 years of experience, you can expect to join an established company that offers numerous prospects.


We are currently looking to hire the following position

Role: Outside Customer Growth and Development Advisor

Job Type: Full-time Permanent

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday


Reporting to the Outside Sales Manager, this role will be instrumental in developing customer relationships and acquiring further market share in the British Columbia area. Travel will be frequent in this role.

In addition to being a strong culture fit for our Forma Steel Team, the ideal candidate will bring the following:

· Demonstrated working knowledge of sales and customer relationships

· Understanding of a B2B sales model and dealer network

· Prior outside sales experience, bonus points if experience is within the construction industry

· Proficient with sales software (Hubspot) and business software (example Microsoft Office)

· Must have a valid Driver’s License and clean drivers abstract and be able to travel regularly


Working Conditions:

· Frequent travel is required, often up to several hours of driving per day.
