Bridgemans Crew Management Ltd. is seeking Fitters to join rotational offshore crews aboard vessels docked in Squamish, BC. This is a hands-on position focused on marine welding, fabrication, and mechanical installations. Ideal for experienced seafarers with STCW certifications and a strong safety mindset, this opportunity combines high hourly wages with a structured rotation and camp-style living.

- 2–3 years sailing or marine fitter experience
- STCW Reg. III/4, VI/1, VI/2, VI/6 certifications
- Marine First Aid and Crowd Management
- Welding and fabrication proficiency
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening
- Fluent in English and able to work in tight, offshore environments
- Strong understanding of marine safety protocols
- Experience mentoring junior fitters or apprentices
- Flexibility to work under changing offshore conditions and team collaboration
