A career in Financial Markets Operations within the large Market Events team at National Bank means contributing your expertise to the evolution and execution of business strategies in financial markets and wealth management. Through your involvement in various processes related to market events, you actively participate in transforming the Bank.
Your Role
- Perform processing and analysis related to distributions generated by securities, taking into account deadlines and various variables (e.g., product and client type, tax withholdings, currency conversions), as well as handling various exceptions.
- Monitor activities (e.g., reconciliation and discrepancy resolution, collection of amounts due) and ensure compliance with established policies, standards, and procedures.
- Produce various reports and statistics and ensure data integrity.
- Interact with different departments of the Bank and more experienced professionals to provide technical support for processing activities.
- Provide useful information for decision-making and make recommendations to improve systems and work processes.
- Collaborate on the development and implementation of new systems and work processes.
Your Team
Within the Dividends sector of the larger Market Events team, you are part of a team of about twenty colleagues and report to the Director. Our team stands out for its collaboration and dynamic environment.

Requirements
- Three-year college or university degree or equivalent academic background, and four years of relevant experience
