What You’ll Be Doing
- Own your desk. Manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to closing. You’ll be speaking to SAP and IT experts daily, building relationships, and matching them with exciting projects globally.
- Source creatively. Use LinkedIn Recruiter, DICE, Bullhorn, referrals, and your own instincts to find top-tier SAP talent.
- Interview with intent. You’ll screen, vet, and guide candidates through our process, looking beyond keywords to understand who they are and what they want.
- Partner up. You’ll collaborate closely with our leadership team to understand client needs and deliver on challenging mandates.
- Stay organized. Keep your pipeline sharp and your notes tighter. You’ll be logging details, updating candidate profiles, and managing multiple priorities at once.
- You’ve worked in recruitment, sales, or customer service, ideally in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment. Don’t have direct experience? No problem. If you’re eager to learn, we want to hear from you.
- You’re goal-focused and driven by results. Pressure doesn’t faze you—it fuels you.
- You’re a natural connector. You’re confident on the phone, ask the right questions, and know how to earn trust.
- You’re organized and on it. Your notes are clear, follow-ups are prompt, and your CRM is always up to date.
- You don’t need to know SAP — we’ll teach you. What matters is that you bring a student mentality: curious, coachable, and ready to learn fast and go deep.
