What You’ll Be Doing: As a Technical Architect,

you will lead the planning and execution of IT projects, including solution design, implementation, upgrades, and migrations. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to define project scope, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and ensure successful delivery from start to finish. This role involves hands-on configuration, system integration, and infrastructure troubleshooting, as well as managing service escalations and ensuring timely resolution. You will also contribute to technical documentation, support knowledge transfer, and collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Complete projects successfully within the defined scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Accurately design and plan implementation structures for customer technology solutions.
  • Lead the implementation of IT solutions, including upgrades and migrations, from start to finish.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and resolve service escalations, including Priority One tickets.
  • Ensure accurate time tracking and work details are entered into tickets daily.
  • Achieve weekly billable hours KPI targets set by the company.
  • Communicate effectively and follow established communication plans and processes.
  • Record and update support documentation regularly as changes occur.
  • Provide guidance and consultation on service tickets when required.
  • Perform on-call escalation duties as part of a scheduled rotation.
  • Support continuous improvement of project team processes.
  • Participate in annual training and development goals to stay current with evolving technologies.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience working with IT infrastructure.
  • 2+ years’ experience in server technologies and management.
  • Experience working with virtualization, SAN, firewall, and networking technologies.
  • Significant experience with Microsoft products.
  • Experience setting up HA environments using Hyper V and VMware.
  • Experience with cloud technologies including M365 and Azure.

Physical Requirements (include But Are Not Limited To)

  • Ability to lift heavy IT equipment including but not limited to desktops, printers, workstations, and UPS etc. up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
