Your Role
To provide administrative support in the office during the absence of the current administrative assistant. The temporary hire will play a key role in handling communications, mail processing, travel coordination, and updating client records.

Your Role
To provide administrative support in the office during the absence of the current administrative assistant. The temporary hire will play a key role in handling communications, mail processing, travel coordination, and updating client records.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering and transferring phone calls, or taking messages when necessary.
- Taking dictation and typing emails or notes into client files.
- Sorting all incoming mail (both physical and electronic), scanning and filing it into appropriate client folders.
- Scanning Financial Information Organizers (FIOs) and financial statements into the system.
- Preparing and tracking courier packages.
- Booking travel arrangements (e.g., flights and rental cars).
- Contacting companies to request or update client information.
- Updating the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Confirming client appointments.
- Preparing expense reports and reconciling MasterCard statements.
- Fluency in English (spoken, read, and written) – essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including : Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar), Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- French language skills (spoken and written) are considered a strong asset.
- Prior experience in a financial or administrative environment.
- A full time position for 3 months
