  • Strong relationship-building skills—you’re great at collaborating with colleagues and communicating effectively.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions or similar student information systems.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software (Infosilem experience is a big plus!).
  • A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills—you can explain complex information in a clear and professional way.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to use technology to streamline work.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • High school diploma. Post-secondary diploma or degree is considered an asset
  • 3-5 years of experience in an office environment.
  • A demonstrated ability for problem-solving and working independently to find solutions.
  • Experience in a post-secondary scheduling office would be a significant asset.

Why Join AQOE?

  • People-first culture: In AQOE, we believe in putting our people first, supporting professional growth, and fostering an inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborative & innovative environment: Be part of a forward-thinking portfolio that values new ideas and continuous improvement.
  • Impactful work: Play a crucial role in shaping the student experience and academic operations at NAIT.

If you love solving scheduling challenges, working with a great team, and making a difference in the student experience, we’d love to hear from you!
