We’re building the world’s first fully self-learning, AI-powered gas sensing platform — born in Newfoundland, designed for industrial and environmental safety around the globe. As a deep-tech startup backed by top accelerators and government partners, we’re looking for a sharp, hands-on Operations Manager to help us scale smartly and boldly.

You’ll be the heartbeat of daily operations, making sure the team, tools, and timelines all run smoothly. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in early-stage chaos and can turn it into clarity.

• Oversee and optimize day-to-day office operations at our St. John’s location
• Coordinate team workflows and ensure project timelines are met
• Own and run project management systems (Jira, Confluence, Notion, etc.)
• Support internal documentation, task tracking, and deadline enforcement
• Represent NDITIVE at local conferences, trade shows, and partner meetings
• Assist in developing and delivering presentations and pitch decks
• Work closely with the CEO and founders on strategic execution
• Ensure all team members are aligned, supported, and accountable

• You live in (or are moving to) St. John’s, Newfoundland
• 2+ years of experience in operations, project management, or startup roles
• Familiarity with agile tools: Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Able to manage both people and processes
• Experience in or exposure to tech or deeptech startups
• Engineering or technical background a plus; MBA or equivalent is a bonus
