If you feel you are a strong match for the role below and have the specific experience, you may be a great match for us As a Senior IT Technician, you bring at least five years of proven experience as an IT Support Technician or Consultant, ideally honed within a Managed Services Provider environment. While certifications, formal education, and specialized training are highly valued, your expertise speaks through your mastery of Windows Server, Modern Workplace, security, network architecture, Microsoft 365, and Azure/AWS/Cloud Services.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and resolve complex technical issues within our advanced ticketing platform, keeping clients and team members informed with timely updates Manage diverse accounts, systems, and cloud services with meticulous attention to detail Deliver expert remote and on-site support, utilizing cutting-edge tools and personal transportation for client visits as needed Configure and maintain servers, workstations, networking equipment, and peripherals with precision and foresight Design and present compelling proposals for infrastructure enhancements, driving client success through innovative solutions Contribute to the architecture and implementation of new systems, ensuring scalability and reliability
