We are currently looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our team in the Greater Toronto Area.

Reporting directly to the Sales support Supervisor / Support Manager, the position holder provides support to the stores at various levels and plays a key role in the application of Cellcom/Bell's established standards and procedures. The position holder ensures and contributes to the smooth running of operational/current activities and compliance. The position holder contributes to accurate forecasting and loss minimization as well as ensuring that the Cellcom/Bell customer shopping experience is as prescribed.
As An Operations Coordinator, Your Role Will Be
The position requires working days Monday through Friday on a 40 hour/week basis. Overtime may be required as needed. The schedule becomes more flexible once the position holder has completed his/her training, taking into account the conditions mentioned below. This being said, the schedule chosen must allow the position holder to accomplish all the tasks assigned to him/her.
The incumbent is required to make daily virtual visits. Regular physical visits may be required for store support or to complete inventories (approximately once a week). The position necessitates roaming around stores and the lifting of specific weights (for example, orders).
The position holder is assigned a main store. The assigned territory is subject to change according to the needs of the company.

As An Operations Coordinator, Your Role Will Be
- Receive orders and process returns to respective suppliers (e.g. defective merchandise, return of equipment for credit)
- Control merchandise upon receipt, returns, reworked merchandise, inventories and daily reports
- Perform inventory (control) and provide weekly inventory report by compiling various data
- Conduct the necessary research to identify merchandise discrepancies and report them to the responsible persons (e.g. billing anomaly)
- Validate the inventory status and make recommendations to keep it current
- Participate in the display of merchandise and ensure compliance with the merchandising standards established by Cellcom/Bell, with the collaboration of the store team
- Install anti-theft security systems on the equipment
- Assure an efficient processing of customer repair requests
- Generate and export reports for compilation, tracking and monitoring purposes
- In case of non-compliance of store standards and procedures, make recommendations and address the issue using tools provided by the company
- All other related tasks to support the stores.
- Significant experience in a sales support/control/compliance in a retail environment and/or similar position
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry (Asset)
- Knowledge of supply management, inventory control and merchandising (Asset)
- Mastery of Office 365, specifically Excel (functional level)
- Fluency in English, both written and oral
- Ability to speak French ( Asset)
- Specific skills required: Thoroughness, observation skills, communication and interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service oriented and problem-solving skills
- Access to a vehicle and must possess a valid driver’s license.
