A Senior Clerk career within the Operations team at National Bank Trust means contributing to delivering a superior client experience by supporting colleagues, partners, and/or clients with products, systems, and processes. Your analytical mindset, quick execution, banking experience, and knowledge of the Bank’s tools allow you to have a positive impact on both client and employee experience.

Your Role:

  • Ensure deadlines are met
  • Take ownership of tasks and fulfill requests accurately
  • Ensure the quality of your work
  • Support other team members
  • Identify blind spots and areas for improvement
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops
  • Collaborate and share knowledge with colleagues
  • Apply operational compliance standards
  • Follow up and/or follow through on tasks when necessary to support sales teams

Your Team

Work hours are between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., depending on operational needs, with a rotating in-office presence of 2 days per week. Requirements

  • High school diploma and 3.5 years of relevant experience, or college diploma and 1.5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in sales and customer service
  • Knowledge of banking products and services is an asset
  • Understanding of estate and trust administration processes
  • Bilingualism (spoken/written) in French and English
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
  • Strong sense of autonomy, initiative, and urgency
  • High adaptability and proactivity
  • Professionalism, attention to detail, and confidentiality
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team spirit
