Responsibilities for Cell Block Guard
- Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity within the cell block area.
- Document observed events and incidents by writing detailed reports.
- Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats while maintaining safety protocols.
- Control access to secure areas and verify the identity of authorized personnel.
- Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
- Collaborate with police or sheriffs in case of serious situations or emergencies.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- First Aid certificate (An asset).
- Strong skills in writing accurate and detailed reports.
- Good eyesight and excellent ability to maintain focus for extended periods.
- Solid technical skills to operate surveillance systems and other security equipment.
