Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients seeking insurance solutions.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Utilize strong communication in understanding our client's unique needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and continuing education.
- Responsible for Customer Service functions of Begin including but not limited to taking general customer service inquiries related to policy changes, payment issues, renewal business, remarketing, cross-selling and cancellations.
