- Lead and oversee front office operations to keep our practice running efficiently
- Coordinate patient care with a focus on delivering an exceptional experience
- Support dentists and hygienists with treatment scheduling and administrative tasks
- Build strong patient relationships, encouraging trust and treatment plan adherence
- Use your organizational skills to streamline workflows and improve processes
- 3+ years of dental administrative experience (senior-level preferred)
- Experience in a lead or supervisory role within a dental or medical practice (asset)
- Familiarity with Power Practice, Tracker, or other dental software (asset)
- Excellent communication & organizational skills
- A customer-first mindset and genuine passion for patient care
