What You’ll Need

• Registered apprenticeship certificate (Level 2 or 3)
• 2–3 years welding experience
• Valid driver’s license and own transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physically demanding tasks
• Steel-toed boots and welding helmet
  
  

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Experience with aluminum, stainless, and structural steel
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, SMAW, and GMAW processes
• Custom fabrication or equipment repair experience
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret welding specs
