Your Role
- Design and implement strategic finance
programs for key partners, ensuring alignment with business goals and
regulatory standards. - Lead and grow a portfolio of small
and mid-ticket equipment financing programs, driving profitability and
partner satisfaction. - Collaborate and influence across departments to
integrate scalable solutions and enhance operational efficiency. - Represent and advocate for OneEquipment in
the marketplace, building visibility and trust with partners and industry
stakeholders. - Evaluate and optimize partner performance
and compliance of operational and regulatory risks through data-driven models,
CRM tools, and annual reviews. - Champion and sustain a culture of high
performance, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Your Team
You’ll be part of the
Partner Services team, a collaborative and agile group within the
OneEquipment business line. Reporting to the Senior AVP, Partner
Services, you’ll work closely with leaders across finance, credit, legal,
and operations. Our team is known for its entrepreneurial spirit, strong
relationships, and commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.

Prerequisites:
- A post-secondary degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in financial services, with a
strong background in equipment financing, business development, and risk
management. - Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and manage complex
partner relationships. - Experience with credit risk analysis and performance management
frameworks. - Willingness to travel across Canada and work flexible hours when
needed.
