What You'll Need

• 3–5 years of experience in piling or swamper roles
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol test
• Strong safety and teamwork mindset
• Ability to read engineered drawings and perform field measurements
  
  

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Experience with Soilmec, Bauer, and Liebherr drill rigs
• CSTS 2020 and basic rigging certification
• Leadership experience managing rig setup and safe work execution
