Agile Program Leader - L1

• Experience in Agile methodologies with a strong background as a Scrum Master.
• Proven experience in leading enterprise-level Agile transformations in a large organization.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe Agile, Kanban etc.).
• Experience in coaching and mentoring senior executives, Agile teams, and stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence etc.
• Expertise in working with cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and influencing skills
