Key Responsibilities:
- Human Resource Management: Lead and coordinate team activities by optimizing the use of human resources through effective planning.
- Excellence in Customer Service: Implement initiatives to improve our responses to users: corporate credit card, travel platform, and ExpenseHub system.
- Continuous Process Improvement: Be proactive in identifying and implementing automation opportunities in our current travel processes.
- Travel Policy Expertise: Master our travel policy and evaluate requests judiciously.
- Analytical Participation: Participate in audits and analyses of user expenses.
What you will leverage:
- University degree in accounting or finance.
- CPA designation and audit experience are an asset.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial operations.
- Understanding of end-to-end processes and ability to have an overall view of operations.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion is an asset.
- For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
