As a Breakfast Cook, you are an integral part of our service team, enriching the lives of our residents through a quality culinary experience by accurately and efficiently preparing and producing varied food items to exacting quality standards, while maintaining cleanliness of the dietary areas and equipment in accordance with industry regulations.

The Following Traits And Qualifications Are Required

  • Post secondary education in a hospitality/culinary program an asset
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must have completed the food handler training program, provided by Public Health, under the Health Protection and Promotion Act.
  • Experience in food preparation in a restaurant or similar food operation preferred
  • Experience in facilities kitchen or health care facility an asset
  • Must demonstrate an active interest in ongoing education
  • Ability to understand oral and written instructions
