Position Summary
Magellan Aerospace, Mississauga has an exciting new opportunity for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk. The purpose of this position is to perform administrative tasks associated with the functions of Receiving, Receiving Inspection and shipping.

Position Summary
Magellan Aerospace, Mississauga has an exciting new opportunity for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk. The purpose of this position is to perform administrative tasks associated with the functions of Receiving, Receiving Inspection and shipping.
Essential Responsibilities
- Analyze incoming receipts & determine the type of documentation to be raised.
- Prepare receiving vouchers and associated customs documentation.
- Prepare and distribute the ”Over/Short Damage Report” when required.
- Analyze purchase orders to determine the supplier documentation requirements.
- Verify that the documentation/ certification received conform to customer specifications.
- Interface with suppliers to resolve documentation and certification problems.
- Prepare shipping labels
- Prepare shipping documentation and certification as directed.
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, sorting, distributing documentation and word processing.
- Minimum 1-2 years clerical experience in a warehouse or manufacturing shipping and receiving environment.
- Demonstrated computer skills using MS Word & Excel
- Working knowledge of shipping & receiving: invoices, shipping documents, receiving vouchers
