A career within the Strategy and Growth team means
contributing to the orchestration of the transformation of the Commercial and PB1859
sector, which is accelerating. As a Senior Advisor, Strategy and Growth,
you will help define the strategic vision for the Commercial and Private Banking
1859 sector by supporting senior leadership through in-depth analyses and
recommendations aligned with business challenges.
This position reports to the Vice President,
Strategy and Growth, Commercial and Private Banking 1859.
Your Role:
- Understand
business challenges and support senior leadership in developing the
strategic vision and plan for the Enterprises and Private Management
sector. - Assist executive
leaders in the sector with strategic thinking and planning by providing
in-depth analyses and recommendations based on market trends and business
objectives. - Support the VP
and members of their executive committee in preparing presentations for
the EDD and/or the Board of Directors. - Prepare and
follow up on working sessions (e.g., stress-testing) with the N2-N3
executive committee, as well as any deliverables or priorities that
emerge. - Lead the
prioritization exercises for strategic initiatives in the Enterprises and
Private Management sector and monitor the project portfolio. - Conduct market
and competitive intelligence. - Act as a resource
person within the team.
Your Team:
Reporting to the Vice President, the team consists of
around thirty colleagues. Our team stands out for its excellence in customer

Work hours are weekdays in a hybrid mode.

Requirements:
- Excellent
communication and presentation skills. - Ability to
analyze and interpret complex data. - Experience in
project management and strategic planning. - In-depth
knowledge of the banking sector, market, and competition. - Ability to
collaborate with various stakeholders. - Capacity to
manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
