Join the Digital Experiences team and have fun making a difference for our customers through exceptional content.
The Digital Experiences team is seeking an L4 Content Manager for an exciting role that will allow us to drive best-in-class content experiences across telus.com. The successful candidate will be a key member supporting customer engagement through strategic content management and innovative digital experiences. In this role, you will oversee content workflows while mentoring team members and implementing process improvements that deliver measurable impact.

What you'll do

You'll be working with a cross section of teams and stakeholders across TELUS Digital Experiences. You will be the central figure in creating exceptional content experiences for telus.com and gaining cross-functional alignment to ensure content excellence.
As a natural proactive leader, you will work with multiple stakeholders and business units to drive content strategy, evolving our content practices to meet current market dynamics while also delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will play a critical role in our digital content strategy, embracing ambiguity and initiating opportunities to develop this role to its full potential.

  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality content for telus.com while maintaining brand compliance and ensuring exceptional customer experiences
  • Lead strategic content initiatives by identifying process improvements, mentoring team members, and implementing scalable content solutions
  • Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to align content with business objectives and deliver seamless customer journeys
  • Use data analysis and user insights to inform content decisions, optimize performance, and present recommendations to stakeholders
  • Champion personalization initiatives and content innovation while ensuring accessibility standards and SEO best practices
  • Foster a collaborative team environment by conducting content audits, managing publishing schedules, and supporting hiring activities

Qualifications


What you bring


  • 5+ years of hands-on content management experience with web content management systems and proven track record in content strategy
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with experience in content audits, SEO optimization, and accessibility standards
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about content and processes with strong analytical skills using data to inform decisions
  • Experience mentoring team members with excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proven track record of process improvement, problem-solving, and managing content workflows and publishing processes
  • Knowledge of HTML, basic web technologies, content tools, and familiarity with quality assurance processes


Nice to have


  • Hands-on experience with personalization tools and creating personalized content at scale
  • Experience with content automation, workflow tools, and emerging content technologies
  • Background in UX writing, digital marketing, or telecommunications industry experience
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies, analytics tools, and content performance measurement
  • Understanding of information architecture and user journey mapping
Salary Range: $88,000-$132,000 Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
