We are currently seeking a qualified Purchasing Coordinator to join our team. The Purchasing Coordinator will support the organization’s fulfillment operations by managing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services. The Purchasing Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining a responsive and cost-effective supply chain and offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Create, update, and manage purchase orders in SAP, including tariff-related items and special handling instructions
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details, expedite shipments, and resolve discrepancies
- Track and manage PO acknowledgments and delivery confirmations
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure supply chain reliability
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and external regulations
- Support cost optimization initiatives while maintaining quality and delivery standards
- Leverage procurement tools and data analytics to monitor performance and drive improvements
- 1–2 years of experience in a procurement or buying role within a high-complexity, technology-driven manufacturing environment (e.g., aerospace or electronics sector)
- Working knowledge of SAP for procurement activities
- Intermediate Excel skills for data tracking and reporting
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline
- Foundational understanding of procurement budgeting and financial principles
