Occasional Handy Person

Agilus is recruiting for an Occasional Handy Person in the Paper and Printing Sector in Ottawa, Ontario.

Our client is seeking a knowledgeable handy person for occasional work, as and when needed. This is not a long-term opportunity. Our client is looking for someone who can do basic repairs, some painting and patching, change lightbulbs, replace toilets, etc. Must have working from heights if the need to use a ladder arises.

Responsibilities

• Basic repairs such as patching holes/walls, painting
• Changing lightbulbs
• Replacing toilets
• Other misc. small works as needed
  
  

Requirements

• Must have working from heights as the need to use a ladder may arise
• Must have a proven track record of maintenance or handy work
• Must have steel toe boots
• Must be willing to complete a criminal background check
• Must be eligible to work in Canada

Total Compensation

• Weekly Pay
• 4% vacation in lieu of PTO and benefits
