POSITION OVERVIEW

This role will be responsible for defining and driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital workplace solutions within the organization. This role will also be responsible for overseeing the migration of Windows operating systems across the organization.

This role requires a deep understanding of end-user computing technologies, strong leadership skills, strong project management skills, technical expertise in Windows environments, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance employee productivity and engagement.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for modern workplace solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features and enhancements.
  • Plan and execute Windows desktops migration projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and contingency planning.
  • Conduct market research and stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital workplace initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Conduct regular reviews and retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.


EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the end-user computing domain.
  • Proven experience with Windows OS migration projects.
  • Strong understanding of modern workplace technologies, including Microsoft Intune.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and other collaboration tools.


SKILLS AND ABILITIES


  • Strong understanding of modern workplace technologies, including Microsoft Intune.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Azure cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with security and compliance requirements for digital workplace solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


LANGUAGES

  • Bilingualism – French and English

Knowledge of English is required for this specific position as Kruger deals with partners across North America and the successful candidate will be required to communicate frequently with them.
