What You’ll Be Doing:

• Taking the lead on large tender bids for parks, pathways, pedestrian bridges, and other civil infrastructure

• Breaking down drawings and specs to build out detailed cost estimates

• Collaborating with suppliers, subcontractors, and teammates to gather pricing and technical input

• Preparing quantity take-offs, bid submissions, and scopes of work

• Participating in value engineering discussions and pre-construction meetings

• Working side-by-side with Project Managers to hand off winning bids smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of civil estimating experience (parks, trails, bridges, and municipal work are all big pluses)

• You’ve worked on large-scale tender submissions and actually kind of love the pressure

• You know your way around HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Excel, and civil construction drawings

• You’re organized, deadline-driven, and a strong communicator

• A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Technology or Construction Management is preferred
