We’re looking for a full-time Warehouse Operator @ Eglinton site, could it be you?
Your future role
As a Warehouse Operator, you support daily operations in the shop floor & warehouse and are in charge of ensuring the smooth flow of material/goods (reception, warehousing, line replenishment, packaging, shipping).
The Warehouse Operator’s shift is from Monday to Friday: 07:00 – 15:30 (subject to change).
While interacting daily with co-workers, external suppliers and management, all activities will be performed in accordance with strict Health & Safety procedures as prescribed by legislation and the ALSTOM Health & Safety policies.

Your future role

You’ll be specifically responsible for
- Applying & enforcing rules in order to operate in an environment that complies with company Health, Safety and Environmental policies
- Planning and prioritizing the daily workload
- Performing your duties in compliance with Alstom processes & best practices in Reception, Stores, Operation line replenishment, inventory counting, packaging & shipping
- Being safety-conscious, organized, pro-active and able to work under minimal supervision
- Meeting tight dead-lines to ensure customer satisfaction
- Reception / packaging & line replenishment lead time
- To update Purchase Order & Inventory system -viaSAP and IR Scanner- on time & accurately

- 3+ years’ experience working in Stores
- Fork-Lift Truck certification
- Strong computer skills with adequate communication skills
- Able to operate heavy machinery (forklift, walkie equipment)
- SAP & IR scanner experience is a PLUS
