Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices
  • Process accounts payable weekly payments
  • Process monthly member invoices
  • Process member receipts for monthly withdrawals
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions


Qualifications/Skills

  • Experience working with Sage is an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Typing proficiency
  • Organization, attention to detail, productivity, and dependability
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and financial principles
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines


Requirements

  • University/college degree in a related discipline is an asset
  • Previous accounting experience required
