As a Senior Water Resources Engineer, you will be an integral part of our founding team,
playing a key role in the success of our company. Your expertise and business network will

water assessments and the establishment of water management plans in the mining and
industrial sectors, while ensuring the quality of deliverables and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Participate in business development;
- Participate in the development of a solid team in water management;
- Develop water management reports and plans for mining and industrial sites;
- Participate in the design and development of water management and treatment
- Prepare engineering documents (design bases, technical specification sheets, drawings,
- Work closely with clients and various technical experts in the development, preparation
- Manage projects to coordinate work teams and groups of multidisciplinary collaborators;
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, water engineering, chemical engineering or another
- Experience in business development;
- Experience in modeling with GoldSim software;
- At least 10 years in project management in the mining industry;
- Solid knowledge of mining industry water management principles and related regulations;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec (OIQ);
- Strong leadership, go-getter personality and organizational skills;
- Knowledge and use of various software such as Microsoft Office suite, PCSWMM,
- Ability to travel to clients occasionally (has a driver's license).
