Who We Are

We are a highly specialized programmatic advertising agency. We focus 100% of our efforts on digital media buying. It’s how we exceed conversion goals in nearly every campaign we run and why our clients include some of the biggest companies in North America.

We know that happy employees = exceptional work and client satisfaction. That’s why we’ve created an environment that is welcoming and inspiring for all team members. We value your aspirations, and we’ll regularly help you set goals to achieve those milestones.

We’re open, honest, and firm believers of ideas coming first – not egos. We believe in clear lines of communication and a culture that champions creativity and growth, and we always celebrate accomplishments.

About The Role

We are hiring a Senior Marketing Data Analyst Consultant to support the development of our analytics function during a pivotal stage of growth. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who excels at turning structured data into actionable insights and thrives in mentorship and process improvement.

You’ll work closely with our Data Analysts, campaign managers, and the leadership team to strengthen the team's ability to extract and communicate strategic insights. Your primary focus will be providing our analysts mentorship while evaluating and improving our analytics workflows, reporting frameworks, and data service offerings. You’ll bring a consultant’s lens to help us scale our analytics operations and support broader strategic planning for the team.

This is a contractor role based on 15-20 hours per month and starting with a 3-month contract with the opportunity for an extension. This can be a predominantly remote role, but the ability to occasionally collaborate with the team in person is preferred, so candidates local to the Vancouver area are ideal. We are located in Mount Pleasant, near the Broadway–City Hall SkyTrain station.

  • Mentor our current Data Analysts with the goal of helping them build their analytic skills.
  • Provide feedback on strategic thinking, data interpretation, and storytelling for business impact.
  • Identify gaps in skill, process, or confidence and coach through them with structure and empathy.

Process & Services Review

  • Audit our existing analytics and reporting processes across client and internal use cases.
  • Identify opportunities to improve consistency, clarity, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Recommend enhancements to dashboarding frameworks, insights delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.

Strategic Planning Support

  • Collaborate with team leads to shape the long-term vision for the analytics function.
  • Provide input on resource planning, capability development, and performance measurement.
  • Contribute to creating a culture of insight-driven decision-making across teams.

Skills + Experience

  • 8+ years in a data analysis, media analytics, or marketing analytics role, preferably in an agency, consulting, or performance-driven environment.
  • Proven leadership experience mentoring or coaching data professionals.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with cloud data warehouses like BigQuery.
  • Experience with AI tools or methodologies for analytics or forecasting, with the ability to advise on AI-driven business planning and long-term analytics strategy.
  • Expertise in dashboarding using Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing data sources such as DV360, Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, and Shopify.
  • Strategic thinking: you understand not just what the numbers say, but what to do with them.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style.
  • Experience improving analytics processes, reporting systems, or team workflows.

We appreciate your interest and application. Only those applicants under consideration will be contacted.
