Parts Manager

As a Parts Manager you will be responsible for the supervision and management of the Parts department. This position liaises with department managers and collaborates with the Fixed Operations Manager/General Manager to ensure goals and objectives are met.
Duties and Responsibilities
Forecasts goals and objectives for sales, gross and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis.
Prepares and administers an annual operating forecast and budget for the Parts Department.
Collaborates with the Fixed Operations Manager/General Manager to make final decisions on departmental goals and objectives.
Assists Parts team in setting goals and objectives and coaches to achieve goals.
Responsible to hire, train, motivate, coach and monitor the performance of the Parts employees.
Performs other duties as required by the General Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership.
Skills and Qualifications
Previous parts management experience in a dealership parts department.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a parts advisor.
Proficient with the following computer environments: Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer and Outlook.
Working knowledge of wholesale parts department operations.
CDK Experience preferred.
Valid Ontario Driver’s License and a clean driver’s abstract.
