This position serves as an HR Generalist supporting business units across Operations and Service Operations with the salaried and campus talent agenda, HRIS management and reporting, and project management for key priorities within the People Function.

- Own end-to-end Campus recruitment (new grad and co-op); identify and engage with campus partnerships to expand brand awareness, propose and execute recruitment strategies to secure top talent, facilitate candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Support campus talent engagement activities; capability sessions, development planning, and expectation setting.
- Execute all salaried employee status changes including new hires, terminations, leaves of absence, employee transfers while ensuring accurate record keeping
- Maintain proper documentation, filing, and tracking for various HR programs and protocols ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Own monthly reporting for Western Canada Supply Chain; attendance, employee rosters, organizational charts, etc. Assist with ad hoc reporting needs.
- Support National HR Core Process communication and education
- Serve as Total Rewards local chamption; ensuring effective communication of all offerings across employee base
- Lead frontline Attendance Management Support Program administration
- Support with frontline payroll vacation coverage
- Participate in workplace culture and engagement initiatives to maintain position as an Employer of Choice
- Other ad hoc duties as required.

- Solid expertise in developing solutions based upon facts/data analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with focus in Industrial/Labour Relations, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or another related field preferred
- Prior Human Resources co-op experience and/or experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset
- Demonstrated leadership and competitive spirit
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
